3. Permit & Identification Documents
For routes such as Adi Kailash and Om Parvat that require Inner Line Permits, we share the identification documents you provide with the relevant government and forest authorities strictly for the purpose of obtaining your permit. These documents are used only for this purpose and are not retained longer than necessary.

We may contact you via phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding your enquiry or booking. If you've reached out to us, we may follow up with relevant trip information, but we don't send unsolicited marketing messages beyond what's reasonably related to your enquiry.
